1) The resident attends the polling place assigned; Primary School "Octavia R. of Bigand "or Middle School Joseph M. Estrada, with their identity.

2) NO ENVELOPES. The presiding officer will give you a ballot for each election category and a pen. Each ballot has a different color:

3) You must enter the dark room with 4 ballot, and one of the individual boxes will be marked with a pen one option for each ballot.

4) After making a choice by category (including blank votes should be marked in a box), you fold each ballot, returns to the table and puts them in the urn, which will have four mouths.
